Mandatory cover attached for all 'Benefits for Expats' members

Cover will commence 24 hours after membership purchase

Cover is valid for 30 days from date of enrolment and is renewable monthly

Benefit will be available only in the name of the registered subscriber of the Benefits4Expats program

Benefit is non-transferable

Enrolled members must be resident visa holders of UAE

Once a member opts out/does not pay for renewal of cover, the member cannot re-subscribe immediately there will be a waiting period of 60 days post which the member is eligible again (Attached Annexure C for the Customer Journey).

Only for Corporate Customers: All pre-existing conditions will be excluded for a period of 12 months from the data of membership inception
Definition: Any pre-existing disability, pre-existing injury, illness, diseases, impairments or conditions from which the member has been suffering from prior to the policy commencement /reinstatement date.
